Whether they work to secure the best savings possible with our partner pharmacies or help send you cards through the mail, every employee at our company is focused on helping you save money on prescription medication.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019ve worked in call centers for nearly 25 years, and I love working in that type of environment. I\u2019ve been based in New York, North Carolina, and now Florida with SingleCare. Every day, I\u2019m standing by for incoming phone calls with questions from our customers and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.singlecare.com\/prescription-discount-card\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">partner pharmacies<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. People request help with all sorts of things, but it\u2019s mostly related to cost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHow much will my medication cost with the discount card?\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWhich pharmacies can I use the savings card at?\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCan I save 80% on my medication?\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those questions make up most of my day, but I also assist pharmacists with processing prescriptions if there\u2019s an issue. My first love is helping people on the phone and trying to work through whatever their situation is when they call in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A lot of people struggle to afford their medications. They\u2019re on a fixed income of $1,100 or $1,200 a month. Then, their healthcare provider prescribes a medication that costs $400. If they haven\u2019t met their <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.singlecare.com\/blog\/healthcare-defined-deductible\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deductible<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or are in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.singlecare.com\/blog\/medicare-donut-hole\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medicare coverage gap<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, that hurts. SingleCare provides an alternative. It\u2019s really nice to be able to help someone who truly needs assistance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And working at SingleCare has changed my life, too. My parents are getting older. I have grandkids. It\u2019s made my wife and I realize how important it is to take steps now to stay healthy\u2014like exercising, getting enough rest, and taking vitamins\u2014and if we do need prescriptions, my wife has a card, my parents have a card, and even I have used the SingleCare card.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What we do really makes a difference in people\u2019s lives. We interact with thousands of customers a day.
