After about eight months, I transitioned to the client services team. It\u2019s similar, in that I\u2019m still solving problems, but on a different scale. My day-to-day job is to help resolve bigger, long-term issues for our clients, the companies that use SingleCare to power their savings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every day is different depending on what call comes in, or which emails I get. I could be helping to make a new batch of savings cards. Or, working behind the scenes toward a client&#8217;s goals\u2014like a new project they want to roll out. There are two other client services managers on my team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working at SingleCare has opened my eyes to how expensive prescriptions can be. I wasn\u2019t aware of some of the costs, and how taxing they can be for people before I started here. It\u2019s great to have an inside view at everything SingleCare is doing to help drive those prices down.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While I was in the call center, we would get calls from customers who just wanted to say, \u201cThank you.\u201d They were so appreciative. That\u2019s not common in a place where most people are reaching out because they have a question. Getting that feedback from people who were thankful and grateful for the product we\u2019re offering was always a nice treat. It feels good to finish the day at work knowing that you were working toward the common good.
