Each drug is assigned a tier on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.singlecare.com\/blog\/medicare-formulary\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">your plan\u2019s drug formulary<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The lower the tier, the cheaper the copay or coinsurance will be. Insurance companies compile a list of drugs related to your condition that they will cover. If you need a drug that isn\u2019t on the list, you could end up paying full price for it.
