However, both Xarelto and alcohol act as blood thinners, and it can be dangerous to combine a drug and a substance that have similar effects. In most cases, you could occasionally consume one drink if you\u2019re a woman or two drinks if you\u2019re a man within a 24-hour period. However, you should avoid drinking more than these limits and for more than a couple of days in a row.
