However, a research study has found it effective in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/31062253\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reducing pain in knee arthritis<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in humans.
