Lifestyle modifications like avoiding triggers, moisturizing regularly, and <\/span>managing stress<\/span><\/a> can help ease symptoms. Over-the-counter (OTC) or prescription oral <\/span>antihistamines<\/span><\/a> or topical corticosteroids can also help. A healthcare provider can also prescribe prescription topical medications, such as topical calcineurin inhibitors. <\/span><\/p>\n
