However, Cosentyx is currently only available as a brand-name product, and the best alternative drug depends on each patient&rsquo;s specific diagnosis, according to Dr. Madison.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Melamed says the two closest matches to Cosentyx, brand-name drugs Otezla (apremilast) and Taltz (ixekizumab), are also costly.
