Wegovy and metformin drug interactions<\/span><\/h2>\n

Wegovy and metformin have unique and overlapping drug interactions. They both can interact with other medications that affect blood sugar levels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Taking Wegovy or metformin with insulin or insulin secretagogues, such as <\/span>sulfonylureas<\/span><\/a>, may increase the risk of <\/span>low blood sugar (hypoglycemia)<\/span><\/a>.
