Watch for symptoms such as rigid muscles, high fever, delirium, and kidney failure, and get emergency medical attention if any of these symptoms occur.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both Caplyta and Vraylar may lead to metabolic changes such as high blood sugar or <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.singlecare.com\/blog\/news\/diabetes-statistics\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">diabetes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, high cholesterol, and weight gain.
