How much does Entresto reduce blood pressure?<\/span><\/h2>\n

While <\/span>Entresto<\/span><\/a> is not FDA approved in the U.S. for the treatment of hypertension, it does lower blood pressure. A <\/span>meta-analysis<\/span><\/a> of 11 randomized controlled trials found that a 200 mg dose of Entresto reduced systolic blood pressure by 4.62 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) by 2.13 mmHg; a 400 mg dose of Entresto even further reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the most common side effects of Entresto is dangerously low blood pressure, which could further complicate existing heart disease.<\/span><\/p>\n
