Lean proteins<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While usually associated with helping to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.singlecare.com\/blog\/muscle-building-diet\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">build muscle mass<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, high-protein foods also promote satiety.
