Important considerations for Celexa (citalopram) include:<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Risk of serotonin syndrome. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This dangerous buildup of serotonin in the body occurs when an <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.singlecare.com\/blog\/signs-your-antidepressant-dose-is-too-high\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">antidepressant dose is too high<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
