The Walgreens at 121 Main Street in Foxboro, Massachusetts, won SingleCare’s Best Pharmacy for Education award, thanks to customer testimonials describing how they go over and above to explain medications.
The pharmacy has been in business for eight years. There are two staff pharmacists and four pharmacy technicians who work there, and collectively help 200 to 300 customers a day.
Communication within the team helps them put in the extra effort to go above and beyond. They run flu clinics and are always there to provide vaccines for their community.
