  • This medicine is not right for everyone. You should not receive it if you had an allergic reaction to palonosetron.

  • Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you had an allergic reaction to another medicine for nausea or vomiting.

  • This medicine may cause a serious drug reaction called serotonin syndrome (more likely if used together with certain other medicines).

  • Chest pain, fast, slow, pounding, or uneven heartbeat

  • Lightheadedness, dizziness, fainting

  • Some medicines can affect how palonosetron works. Tell your doctor if you are using any of the following:Fentanyl, lithium, tramadol, mirtazapineMedicine to treat depressionMAO inhibitor (MAOI)

  • This medicine may cause a serious drug reaction called serotonin syndrome (more likely if used together with certain other medicines).

Serious Side Effects

  • Anxiety, restlessness, fever, sweating, muscle spasms, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, seeing or hearing things that are not there

  • Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing

  • Lightheadedness, dizziness, fainting

  • Chest pain, fast, slow, pounding, or uneven heartbeat

  • Pain, redness, swelling, or a lump under your skin where the needle is placed
