What are the side effects of Centrum?
Side effects will depend on individual products, their formulations, and the inactive ingredients used. Taken as directed, side effects of Centrum are very minimal and almost never experienced. The minerals in Centrum, such as iron and other metals, may cause constipation, diarrhea, nausea, or indigestion. Protein powders can cause nausea, cramps, bloating, thirst, and fatigue.
