Monogen is a milk protein-based powder, low fat, and high in medium-chain triglycerides (MCT). This product is a nutritionally complete dietary supplement that contains DHA, ARA, choline, l-tyrosine, l-isoleucine, citric acid, l-carnitine, l-ascorbic acid, niacinamide, l-methionine, zinc sulfate, l-valine, l-leucine, taurine, calcium d-pantothenate and minerals including trace elements, essential fatty acids, corn syrup solids, whey protein concentrate, fractionated coconut oil, and calcium phosphate dibasic among others.
