This medicine is not right for everyone. Do not use it if you had an allergic reaction to sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, or voxilaprevir.

This medicine may cause the following problems:Increased risk of reactivation of hepatitis BWorsening of liver problemsSlow and uneven heartbeat when taken with amiodarone
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease, other liver disease (including hepatitis B), or heart disease.
Take this medicine 4 hours before or after you take antacids containing aluminum or magnesium.
Amiodarone can cause serious side effects if used together with sofosbuvir or if you have used it recently.
Some medicines can affect how sofosbuvir/velpatasvir/voxilaprevir works. Tell your doctor if you are using any of the following:Cyclosporine, dabigatran, digoxin, imatinib, irinotecan, lapatinib, methotrexate, mitoxantrone, rifabutin, rifapentine, St John€™s wort, sulfasalazine, topotecanMedicine to lower cholesterol (including atorvastatin, fluvastatin, lovastatin, pitavastatin, pravastatin, rosuvastatin, simvastatin)Medicine to treat HIV infection (including atazanavir, efavirenz, lopinavir, tenofovir, tipranavir/ritonavir)Medicine to treat seizures (including carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin)
Do not use this medicine together with rifampin.
Serious Side Effects
Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
Dark urine, pale stools, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach pain, yellow skin or eyes
Fainting, dizziness, lightheadedness
Slow or uneven heartbeat
