SingleCare Social Media Sweepstakes Official Rules

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.  By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter from any and all liability associated with the Sweepstakes

  1. Introduction: SingleCare Services, LLC (“SingleCare”) is offering a Social Media Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to abide by all terms and conditions referenced in these Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.   Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry.  This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
  1. Eligibility: Entrant must be 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of SingleCare, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their family/household members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) are not eligible to enter.  Void outside the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply.
  1. Start/End Dates: Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 a.m. E.T. on Friday, April 21, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. E.T. on Sunday, April 30, 2023
  1. How to Enter: You can only enter the Sweepstakes online.

To enter: 

(1) create a new account or use an existing account on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook; 

(2) follow the @SingleCare Twitter handle at https://twitter.com/SingleCare, follow the @SingleCare Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/SingleCare, or follow the @SingleCare Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/SingleCare; and 

(3) tag two people in the comments. 

(4) like the post. 

(5) share the post to your story on Instagram, retweet it on Twitter or share it on Facebook. 

Once you have followed SingleCare and completed the required actions on any of your Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook accounts, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person, per valid social account on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for a maximum total of three (3) eligible entries per person. More than one entry from any person or social account will void all entries from that person or social account.  No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted.

Twitter/Instagram/Facebook Entry Criteria and Terms

You must have a valid Twitter, Instagram, and/or Facebook account and agree to the Twitter Terms of Use and the Twitter Privacy Policy, the Instagram Terms of Use and the Instagram Privacy Policy, and the Facebook Terms of Use and the Facebook Privacy Policy in order to be eligible to enter. Registration on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook must be completed before an entry may be submitted. Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook membership are free. Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook platforms will be the official time clock for the Sweepstakes. 

Your Twitter/Instagram/Facebook retweet or comment must not 1) contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement; 2) disparage SingleCare or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes; 3) contain brand names or trademarks other than SingleCare, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate in his/her entry in this Sweepstakes; 4) contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, or otherwise offensive (as determined by SingleCare in its sole discretion), hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous; 5) contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and 6) contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where entry is created. Failure to comply with these Entry Criteria and Terms, as determined by SingleCare in its sole discretion, is grounds for automatic disqualification from the Sweepstakes. 

By participating, each entrant grants SingleCare permission to use his/her name, photograph, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. SingleCare is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries; all of which will be void.

SingleCare is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, undelivered, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.  Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by SingleCare. 

  1. Random Drawing: On or about May 1, 2023 one (1) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The sponsor will notify the winner on or about May 1, 2023, via a private message to the winner’s Instagram account or Facebook account or Twitter account used to enter the Giveaway. Winners must allow for direct messages on their social media accounts so that SingleCare can contact them via direct message. Winners must respond to such notifications within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. If the winner cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours of first notification attempt, if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries, in SingleCare’s sole discretion.  Limit one prize per person. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.  [Limit one prize per person or household]
  1. Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded: One (1) 1-year subscription to the Calm app, One (1) box of stress relief tea, One (1) pack of mindfulness and medication cards, One (1) set of pillow sleep spray mist, and $25 Extra Member Savings to One (1) person. Total Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes combined: $300.00. SingleCare makes no warranties with regard to the prizes. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions of prize allowed by winner(s), but SingleCare reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability.  Prizes are not redeemable by the winner for cash value. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one prize per person.
  1. Conditions: By participating, entrants, winner(s) agree to release and hold harmless SingleCare, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.  SingleCare is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.
  1. Miscellaneous: All entries become the sole property of SingleCare and none will be returned.  In the event of a dispute, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the account used for entry, and the potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder. “Authorized account holder” is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to the Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook address from which the entry was received. Proof of posting the required message does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. Each entry must be made by, manually keystrokes, and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot, or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related accounts, email or IP addresses may be blocked.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of SingleCare that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, SingleCare reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.  SingleCare assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

SingleCare is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any social media account or entry to be received by SingleCare on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. SingleCare may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or SingleCare representatives

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SingleCare RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

  1. Use of Data: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to SingleCare’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted SingleCare’s privacy policy, which is located at https://www.singlecare.com/privacy-policy. Entrants’ data will be used by SingleCare and its representatives, employees, or third-party vendors for the use and purposes to execute the Sweepstakes as provided in these Official Rules.
  2. List of Winners: To obtain a list of winners, send an email to arubsam@rxsense.com and reference the SingleCare 2023 Social Media Sweepstakes Winners.
