This medicine should be used only on the skin. Do not get it in your eyes, nose, or mouth. If it does get on these areas, rinse it off with water or saline right away.
Keep the patch in its envelope until you are ready to put it on. You may cut the patch into a smaller size with scissors before you take off the patch liner.
