  • You should not use this medicine if you have had an allergic reaction to sulfa drugs such as Bactrim®. You should not use this medicine if you have had an allergic reaction to sulfur or sulfites, or if you have kidney disease.

  • Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing

  • Unusual bleeding, bruising, or weakness.

  • Yellowing of your skin or the whites of your eyes.

Less Serious Side Effects

  • Redness.

  • Peeling of skin.

  • Mild stinging.
