How to take Mg Plus Protein

  • Follow the package instructions or any instructions given by a healthcare provider.

  • Take only three tablets daily. Consult a physician before taking larger daily doses.

  • Tablets can be taken without regard to food. However, taking tablets with food will help minimize stomach upset or other gastrointestinal complaints.

  • Take tablets with an eight-ounce glass of water.

  • For people who cannot swallow a tablet, the tablet can be crushed and:

    • Mixed with food and taken that way

    • Administered through a feeding tube

  • Store at room temperature protected from heat, light, and moisture.
