What is Nutraseb?

Nutraseb is a steroid-free facial cream used to treat and manage the symptoms of seborrhea and seborrheic dermatitis. Nutraseb works to relieve waxy or dry skin by maintaining a moist skin environment, which helps wounds to heal. It can also help reduce symptoms like inflammation, itching, and scaling. 

Nutraseb should be applied to the affected skin two to three times daily or as directed by your doctor. If the affected area has broken skin your doctor may advise you to cover the area. If your condition does not improve within 10 to 14 days of using Nutraseb, you should contact your doctor. Discard this medication after six months of it being opened.

Nutraseb has not been tested on patients who are younger than 22 years old. Nutraseb has anti-inflammatory, antifungal, sebum-reducing, and scale-reducing properties. Nutraseb should only be used as a topical cream. It is not for ophthalmic use and you should avoid getting this medication in your eyes.

You should only use Nutraseb precisely as directed by your doctor. Do not share your medication as it may become contaminated. You should not use Nutraseb if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.

Nutraseb does not contain sunscreen. Apply a sunscreen product or wear protective clothing when you go outside or into direct sunlight while using Nutraseb.

What are the side effects of Nutraseb?
