No, tadalafil does not increase testosterone levels. Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor that works by relaxing smooth muscle and increasing blood flow to help achieve and maintain an erection, but it does not affect sexual desire or hormone levels, which is why testosterone replacement is used separately when low testosterone causes ED.
