Zepbound fatigue is usually temporary and often lasts a few days to a couple of weeks. For many people, tiredness improves as the body adjusts to the medication, though fatigue may last longer during dose increases or while adapting to lower calorie intake and lifestyle changes.

He has been in practice since 2008 and has remained board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology for his entire career.
