Cortane-B is used to relieve symptoms such as itching and swelling in the ear associated with an ear infection. When inserted into the ear, Cortane-B offers relief from the inflammation caused by the infection.

Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.

You should not use this medicine if you have had an allergic reaction to antipyrine, benzocaine, chloroxylenol, glycerin, or pramoxine. You should not use this medicine if you have a hole, tear, or tubes in your eardrum.
