Incruse Ellipta is a prescription inhaler for people with COPD. Once-daily inhalations help to improve breathing and reduce the frequency of flare-ups. The active ingredient in the powder inhaler is umeclidinium, an anticholinergic medication that relaxes the muscles in the airways.
