OB Complete One contains omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA), which are essential nutrients for a baby's growth and development. OB Complete One also contains vitamin D, biotin, calcium, magnesium, and iodine to support a healthy pregnancy. Do not use OB Complete One if you are allergic to any ingredients contained in it. OB Complete One contains soy and fish products. If you are using the drug levodopa, do not use OB Complete One.
