Duloxetine can start reducing anxiety symptoms within a few weeks, but full effects may take longer. Some patients report decreased panic attacks within four weeks, while maximum benefits are typically seen after six to eight weeks of consistent use, as the medication gradually increases serotonin and norepinephrine levels in the brain.
