How to take B-100 Complex CR
Your doctor will tell you how much medicine to use. Do not use more than directed.

Swallow the extended-release tablet, extended-release capsule, or liquid-filled capsule whole. Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet or capsule.
The chewable tablet must be chewed completely before you swallow it.
Measure the oral liquid medicine with a marked measuring spoon, oral syringe, or medicine cup. You might need to shake the liquid just before you use it.
If you are using the sublingual liquid, measure the liquid with the dropper that comes with the bottle. Squeeze the dropper to place the liquid under your tongue. Hold the liquid under your tongue for about 30 seconds, then swallow it.

Missing a dose of a vitamin supplement is usually not a cause for concern.
