Prevident 5000 Booster Plus comes in the form of a cream and is used to prevent cavities in adults and children. Sodium fluoride is the active ingredient in Prevident 5000 Booster Plus and increases tooth resistance against acid dissolution. Do not use in pediatric patients under age 6 years unless recommended by a dentist or physician.

Uses
  • Helps develop healthy teeth and prevents cavities.
  • You should not use this medicine if you have had an allergic reaction to fluoride. Do not use on a child under 6 years old unless your doctor tells you to.
Directions
  • Your doctor will tell you how much medicine to use. Do not use more than directed.
  • Follow the instructions on the medicine label if you are using this medicine without a prescription.
  • Do not swallow this medicine. It is for topical use on your teeth only.
