• Do not use this medicine if you are also using alfuzosin, cisapride, delavirdine, dihydroergotamine, ergonovine, ergotamine, lomitapide, lovastatin, methylergonovine, oral midazolam, pimozide, rifampin, sildenafil, simvastatin, St John's wort, or triazolam. Do not use flecainide, lurasidone, or propafenone if you are also using ritonavir together with this medicine.

• Many other drugs can interact with fosamprenavir. Make sure your doctor knows about all other medicines and supplements you are using.
