What is Lybalvi?

Lybalvi is used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar I disorder in adults. It’s a combination medicine that contains olazanpine—an atypical antipsychotic—and samidorphan—an opioid antagonist. When used for bipolar disorder, Lybalvi may be taken alone or in combination with Lithobid (lithium) or Dekapote (valproic acid).
