  • You should not receive this medicine if you have had an allergic reaction to neomycin, polymyxin B, or certain antibiotics (such as amikacin, gentamicin, kanamycin, netilmicin, streptomycin, tobramycin, Garamycin®, Netromycin®, Tobrex®). You should not receive this medicine if you are pregnant.
