100,000 USP units of nystatin/0.1 mg triamcinolone per gram of cream
Ointment
100,000 USP units of nystatin/0.1 mg triamcinolone per gram of cream
USP units measure the potency of nystatin to kill yeast.
For cutaneous candidiasis (yeast infection of the skin): Apply a thin film to the affected skin twice daily, once in the morning and once at night

Follow all the prescriber’s instructions.
Use this medicine on the skin only.
Do not let it get in your eyes or mouth.
Apply the cream or ointment twice daily, once in the morning and once at night.
Wash your hands before and after applying a dose.
Apply a thin film of cream to the affected skin and rub it in gently.
Avoid getting any of this medicine on the skin surrounding the affected area.
Avoid tight-fitting diapers and plastic pants if this medicine is used on your child's diaper area.
Wear loose-fitting clothes over this medicine.
Do not put a bandage over the treated area unless instructed otherwise.
When used on an infant’s diaper area, avoid tight-fitting diapers or plastic pants.
If the medicine does not work after two to three weeks, call the prescriber.
Do not miss any doses.
Ask the prescriber how to handle a missed dose.
Do not apply extra medicine to make up for a missed dose.
You should not use this medicine if you have ever had an allergic reaction to nystatin, triamcinolone, or any other product ingredient.
Tell other healthcare providers who treat you that you are using this medicine.
Before starting this medicine, tell the healthcare provider if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you become pregnant while taking this medicine, tell the prescriber.
Using too much nystatin/triamcinolone or using it on large areas of the skin may cause adrenal gland problems.
Do not use this medicine for any other condition other than that for which it is prescribed.
Ask the healthcare provider how to prevent future yeast infections of the skin.
Topical nystatin/triamcinolone does not have significant drug interactions.
Report any adverse skin reactions to the prescriber.
