Your doctor will tell you how much medicine to use. Do not use more than directed. Do not use the foam for longer than 4 weeks and do not use the ointment, cream, or liquid for longer than 8 weeks.
This medicine should be used on the skin or scalp only. Topical application routeUse this medicine only on your skin. Rinse it off right away if it gets on a cut or scrape. Do not get the medicine in your eyes, nose, or mouth.

This medicine is not right for everyone. Do not use it if you had an allergic reaction to betamethasone or calcipotriene.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease, liver disease, Cushing syndrome, diabetes, eye or vision problems (including cataracts or glaucoma), any skin or scalp infection, or thin skin at the site to be treated.

This medicine may cause calcium to build up in your body if you use too much of it. Too much calcium may increase your risk for adrenal gland problems.

Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
Severe itching or worsening of psoriasis
Change of color or swelling of the skin where the medicine is applied, dark freckles, easy bruising, muscle weakness
