3. Can I use SingleCare with insurance or Medicare?

If you have insurance or receive Medicare benefits, you can still use SingleCare to lower the prices of your prescriptions. Don’t worry—it’s not illegal or against the rules! Often, your prescription copay will be lower with SingleCare than with your Medicare card.

It’s important to note that when you use SingleCare, your pharmacy will process it instead of Medicare (rather than combining the two discounts). And if you do find a lower price using SingleCare, the cost of your copay won’t apply to your Medicare deductible. Meaning, it won’t help you get out of the donut hole any quicker.
