What is Crinone?

Crinone is an FDA-approved female hormone medication used to restore menstrual cycles in women who have not yet reached menopause but have stopped having periods because their bodies lack progesterone. Crinone is also used in fertility treatments as part of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) for women who are unable to get pregnant due to a lack of natural progesterone. 

There are two strengths of Crinone. The 4 percent formulation is used to restore menstrual cycles. What are the side effects of Crinone?
