How to take Tyrvaya

  • Prime Tyrvaya before initial use by pumping seven actuations into the air away from the face. When Tyrvaya has not been used for more than five days, re-prime with one spray into the air. Do not shake.

  • Only use Tyrvaya in the nostril; do not spray in the eyes or mouth.

  • Prior to use, blow your nose if needed to clear your nostrils.

  • Tilt your head back slightly without lying down. Insert the applicator into the nostril, pointing the tip toward the top of the ear, leaving space between the tip of the applicator and the wall of the nose.

  • Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and breathe gently while pressing the pump to release the spray.

  • Do not spray directly at the septum (cartilage that divides the nose into two separate chambers).

  • Wipe the applicator with a clean tissue after each use.

  • A one-month supply consists of two bottles of nasal solution. Finish the first bottle before opening the second bottle.
