Pseudoephedrine is a vasoconstrictor, that is, it tightens blood vessels. This will relieve stuffy nose and sinus symptoms.

The most common side effects of Chlo Hist include, but are not limited to, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, insomnia, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, dry throat, constipation, blurred vision, fever, and flushing.
