What is Taytulla?

Taytulla is an FDA-approved birth control pill that contains two female hormones: norethindrone and ethinyl estradiol. It works by blocking the release of an egg from the ovaries to prevent pregnancy. Taytulla may be used off-label to treat acne in women over 15 years of age who have begun their menstrual cycles. It may also be prescribed off-label to women to relieve pain during menstrual periods and to regulate or shorten menstrual cycles.

What doses of Taytulla are available?

Taytulla is an oral contraceptive that is in the form of pills. It is available in a 28-day supply. Taytulla should be taken once daily at the same time every day. It is recommended that you follow your doctor's orders when using Taytulla, especially if you miss a dose.

What are the side effects of Taytulla?
