RxSense wins America’s Best Startup Employers 2021 award

Forbes selected RxSense—SingleCare’s parent company—as one of America’s Best Startup Employers 2021—for the second year in a row! We took home #148 place, ranking even higher than in 2020. Forbes and Statista selected the top 500 companies across the U.S. using more than 7 million data points to narrow the field. They focused on three main measures:

  1. Employee satisfaction
  2. Employer reputation
  3. Company growth

RxSense employs over 250 people in Boston, New York City, Palm Beach Gardens, and other cities across the country. If you’re not familiar with SingleCare, we’re a prescription savings service offering discount cards that help people save up to 80% on their medications—powered by RxSense, a healthcare technology company dedicated to helping more Americans access and afford their medications.

Nearly 1 in 4 people struggle to pay for the medicine they need to treat health conditions, a problem that’s only gotten worse since the COVID-19 pandemic hit the U.S. Our mission is to improve prescription access and adherence by helping reduce the price of drugs you need, at no cost to you.

How? RxSense and SingleCare shine a light into the black box of prescription costs, allowing you to compare savings across pharmacies near you so it’s easy to choose the lowest price. All you have to do is bring our coupon with you to the pharmacy counter when you pick up your Rx. It’s that simple! Our strategic pharmacy partnerships, such as with CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart, and consistently low prices make it possible for our millions of users to lead healthier lives.

Just take it from the employees who love working for the company that they know is working to make the world a better place.

“I like the people who I work with,”  says Pavel Nabatchikov, director of digital marketing at SingleCare. “I like the company and the product. It’s nice to feel like I’m doing something noble, something meaningful. We’re not just selling clothing, we’re actually helping people get better access to affordable medications. That means a lot.”

“I think that what we’re doing as a company—helping people gain better access to their Rx—is phenomenal,” says Alanna Inniss, account coordinator at SingleCare.

“What we do really makes a difference in people’s lives,” says Geoffrey Bullock, help desk specialist at SingleCare.” We interact with thousands of customers a day. Knowing that I can tell them that the help they need is here, and just trying to give them a great experience, is what drives me to wake up every day, go to work, and punch in.”
