Kanuma is used to treat lysosomal storage disease caused by a deficiency of the enzyme lysosomal acid lipase. Kanuma replaces the deficient enzyme and allows your body to break down fat. It is indicated for use by patients above the age of 1 month. This medication is available as an injection.
